Hull City Association Football Club is a professional association football club based in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It was founded in 1904. The club participates in the Premier League, the top tier of English football – and their greatest achievement in cup competitions came in 2014, when the team reached the final of the FA Cup.
The 2016–17 season will be Hull City's first season back in the Premier League following their promotion via the 2016 Football League play-offs last season in their 113th year in existence.
